If we consider the same consumption
of fuel by every biz-jet or turboprop in average,
U.S. spends 14,5 times more fuel per citizen than world’s average (incl.
USA),
U.S. spends 41 times more fuel
per citizen than the rest of the World – by biz-aircraft.
How large is the percentage of all unnecessary flights by biz-jets and
biz-turboprops?
(I.e. all fls. except Air Ambulance, really humanitarian fls. and fls. by
the heads of the states in possession of nuclear weapons ??? (Nuclear-button-case is not
permitted as hand-luggage on regular fls….). Roughly
99 % !!!
USA (60,8) have more biz-jets+turboprops per 1 million inhabitants than the richest countries of the World,
like Bahrain (26,5), Qatar (12,9), UAE (18,4) (these countries have small
absolute figures, so adding marginally to the world’s pollution statistics).
Tax heavens are omitted. They have very large number of biz-jets or turboprops
registered by FOREIGNERS (Aruba/ 502/, Bermuda /2540/, Cayman Islands /2737/,
Isle of Man /1010 biz-aircraft per 1 million inhabitants/ – these countries are NOT fully sovereign independent
states despite that they have their own aircraft register).
